I'm looking for a double jogging or all-terrain stroller. I won't actually jog with it, but it will go on dirt trails. This will be my new big outing stroller when both kiddos need a place to relax. I'm currently using a Joovy caboose that's working well for quick outings.

Needs:
reclining seats
swivel front wheel
low-ish price (I know none are cheap, but this will my gazillionth stroller...keep looking for that "perfect" one)

for tall 2 year old 31 lbs, and 3 month old (I realize most aren't made for infants, so won't be able to use it for a bit)

Any suggestions?

I would go with the Bob Revolution Duallie:p

I have a Baby Jogger City Series Single and I LOVE it, because it is may "all- in-one" (shopping, working out, errands, etc.) stroller. But If I would have had a stroller that I had already used for errands, etc. and didn't need an "all-in-one", I would have definitely went with the revolution. Just my:twocents: .

Good luck in finding the perfect one : )
You could try to see if anyone is selling a used jogger on the stroller swap forum, to save you some $$$.

You might want to check into the Dreamer Designs Strollers...we have a Ditto Lite and like it. Also, swivel wheels don't track well on terrain, you might want to consider a fixed wheel.

The Revolution, BJ City Double, Dreamer Design Manhattan all have locking front wheels as well as swivel. I am not sure about the Tike Tech Trax.

Some parents I have talked to that have owned fixed wheeled doubles have said they can sometimes be hard to turn, especially the more weight there is. Now with that being said, I only have a single so I honestly can't say if it is more difficult.

It's nothing special, but we love our InStep Safari Double (http://www.epinions.com/InSTEP_Safari_TT_Double_AR265_Jogger_Stroller).

The seats recline separately.

The front wheel swivels or locks in place.

My kids are 6 and almost 3 and fit in it great - together or just one.

I think we paid about $180 shipped for it.

Here's my kids in theirs:
