I may be getting a mac Global and wonder what it offers..what are the features you like and what doesn't it have?
Tell me the good and the bad.
How does it compare to a Mac Quest?
How about a P3?

Just trying to get some more info and opinions...

The Maclaren Global was a cool stroller. I don't think they make it anymore, though.

The Global accepted most major brands of carseats, reclined almost all the way, and was very nice to push. It reminds me of a cross between the Techno and the Quest. It had "looser" upholstery, though.

Looser, like hammock-y ?---if that is even a good description...???
Not quite understanding. Is that a bad thing, will it fall off or stretch too much. I have someone willing to sell me one for 100 that was only used 2 times. Would I be disappointed with it compared to a new Quest?

Looser like it moves a little more than the tightly stretched upholstery on some of the other Macs. That isn't bad, though! :) It is still REALLY nice.

Wow. $100 for a Mac that was only used twice? DO IT! That's a great deal!

The Global is a really nice stroller. I don't think you will be disappointed with it! I don't think...

Thanks for the info. :) I just am not super comfy with buying before trying...KWIM?

I know I like the Quest, pushed it with kids in it. I would think* that the Global is nice, since it is a Mac, most of them are great.
Guess I have some thinking to do.....;)
