My BIL is in town from Estonia. He is looking for a lightweight 3 wheel stroller to take back with him. (They live on the 9th floor with no elevator!)

We went to Buy Buy Baby last night and looked at the Phil and Teds and the Bob Revolution...but he is hoping for something lighter. He also thought the Bugaboo was great, but way out of his price range.

He would prefer a stroller with a boot...or other included or optional cold weather accessories as it gets really cold there.

His dd is 3 months now, and it will be pretty cold there by October. He would prefer something that reclines a fair amount...babies are usually wheeled around in prams there that are completely flat, and they seem to think that babies need to lay flat for some reason.

Thanks!!

How about the Quinny Buzz? (http://www.rightstart.com/global/store/product~item~6985~dept~strollers~cat~single+stroll ers.html)

He could use a Bundle Me-type bunting in the stroller. Here is one made (http://www.pointshop.com/Mall/Catalog/Product/ASP/product-id/36668715/store-id/1000045813.html)for that stroller.

It looks really cool...but it weighs 26.4 lbs

He'd prefer to stay under $400 also

Thanks, though. That is one cool stroller.

If he wants to go cheap the Instep 10K weighs next to nothing. No boot though or flat recline.

I am LOVING my new MBUS, Julie and Nicole suggested. On sale at Albee $279 and then the carrycot? Not sure about the weight but it doesn't seem too heavy I think it still is 25#+? I hear they are great in the snow :D
