that's the euroNCAP set of crash tests for the 2005 mazda5 (it was introduced as an 05 model in the EU, and an 06 model in the US). in addition to a frontal and a side-impact, they also do a "pole" test, which similates the vehicle wrapping itself around a tree (european back roads are often tree-lined and lack crash barriers, so it's a very appropriate test for cars sold in europe).

the mazda5 earns the top 5-star adult occupant rating, and a three-star second-row child seat occupant rating (very few vehicles achieve a 4-star rating in that regard). however, those tests are conducted with a euro-specific child seat, so it's difficult do judge how safe a child would be in a US carseat in a US-spec car of the same model.
