MY Canadian Tire is still selling Radians with the stickers of the 48lbs or whatever on them, shouldnt they have the newer 65lb stickers on them now as they are still in store?

Depends if they know about the law change and if they've been proactive with calling SK.

Have you asked Canadian Tire about why they don't have the higher limit stickers on their seats yet?

If they don't have an answer then I would probably contact SK and ask if they are not sending stickers out to your particular CT where you want to purchase the seat.

No idea... but these are the days where you can't get answers from anyone so you need to call everyone! :D :D

Canadian Tire frankly seems to be pretty blase about carseats in general, IMO. I think even if they received stickers they may not bother to do the work to replace them... Their website is always full of errors and lack of info. They have the AOE listed as a "booster" but the Eddie Bauer 3-in-1 as a convertible... This just isn't a priority to them, I would say. The Radians in all my local CTs are shipping in 9 months old. Maybe there is a DOM requirement on the stickers? Who knows.

I would speak to the CT manager, etc and ask about this. Maybe they are not aware that this could be a major selling feature for them above other seats offered elsewhere.

I just taked to the distributors & was told all old stock will not be recieving stickers, so basically too bad wait to buy new stock

I emailed CT the other day about the stickers. I got an automated response saying they have high call/requests right now and someone will get back to me when possible.

If I get an answer, I'll post it.
