Just to let you know, per the email from SKJP today, the cover will be released for sale in October :thumbsup:

Is that for the 65 or the 80?

it's for the 80 but the shell on the 65 and 80 are the same so it will fit either.

Is the princess cover that SUPER pink cover with all the flowers on it? Or is this a different one?

LOL!!! Ha ha! That's what I thought. It is kind of like a Pepto-Bismal bottle puked on your Radian, and planted some flowers. I am waiting for something a little less loud personally. But I am sure dd would LOVE it!

Woot! :love: I'm actually considering buying a Radian 80 if I can get the Princess cover this summer. Reason being, I got my new 65 from Russ (exchanging for the old one with too-shallow harness path underneath), and there's a drastic increase in room between the *two* Radians installed outboard in my van. Dd3 is currently in an AOE, and I have to try and squeeze one of my two teens into the space between that & Dd5's Radian65. :thumbsdown: What a difference with two Radians!! I'll be sorry to uninstall the old one and ship it off to Russ now! But I may still just buy a 65 while they're on clearance at albeebaby, and see how much the Princess cover alone costs when it comes out this fall. I'll need two, anyway. ;)

Dh is NOT going to be happy... :whistle:

Sorry, but you choking with laughter at the pepto bismal seat made me chuckle...but in a good way, not a mean, sadistic way.

I think the one that Kristina got from Russ is gorgeous! I'm currently trying to decide on a new seat for my dd and that print would almost be enough to make me buy a Radian. Almost... I'm worried about all the problems I've been hearing about and that makes me nervous.

But, the one they're actually going to sell with the solid pink sides... not nearly as pretty. I wish I knew who made that decision so I could ask them what they were thinking!

Thanks! We love the Pepto Bismol seat. My 8 1/2 year old daughter wants to use it so we might try that out. The cover we got from Russ is the prototype Princess cover that they didn't use. They decided to go with the one that has solid pink on the sides not all floral. We just lucked out getting it and I have no idea how we did but we were thrilled. :D

Whew! I actually prefer the solid pink sides (like our beloved Olivia MA cover) so this is good new to me, at least!
