Help me choose a jogging stroller

We have decided between these three...however, money really is an issue. I am just pretending it's not by putting the BOB one on there!:p

our main issue is ROCKY roads! (i wish i meant the ice cream!)

I have to decide today. What we have is the Jeep Liberty with a swivel wheel ...and we need something that will be smoother. if the cheaper versions are not that much smoother...our fourth option is no stroller at all.
