For my 21 month old nephew. I was trying to stear her towards a fpsv so he could be harnessed past 40 lbs- but she chose this one for a variety of reasons. She has him forward facing and they put his seat in three different vehicles so ease of installing is important to them. I saw my nephew in his new seat this weekend and I have to say that it is quite nice. It installs so easily and the lockoffs are great! It has nice high harness slots, lots of padding, eps foam, ff recline. My nephew has lots of room to grow and it will most definitely get him to 40lbs before he outgrows by height.

Really, you like it? I put DD1 in one at BRU the other day and it was horrible. We all hated it. I installed it on their little bench thingy in the store and it was easy to install, but it was enormous and heavier than the Regent. And I hate Graco chestclips :duck: . But it did seem very comfy and padded!

I don't know why, but this one didn't seem as enormous as the one I saw at target. They got the grey colored cover here http://www.albeebaby.com/grtosas28bin5.html . It is not slick feeling like the one at target. It is closer to a velour feel. The sides are really deep, but to me it just looked like he had a nice place to rest his head if he fell asleep. He looked better in this seat than he did in the huge apex they were also considering. I still wish they had bought the fisher price seat, but they seem happy.
Personally, If I were going to buy a forward facing only seat that harnessed to 40lbs, I would buy a cargo with the gracopeadic foam. (I am not, I want my little one rearfacing longer so I am hoping to be able to buy a red/black fpsv this week before they end up sold out.)
