Manfactured 2003. Air filled rubber tires, multiposition recline, five pt harness, compatible with all Graco infant seats. Parent tray with cupholders, big basket, seat liner. GREAT on rough terrain (like cobblestones) and going up and down curbs, not good on sand. Well loved, asking $40 OBO + shipping.
