What's the difference in these strollers?

My friend just bought this stroller at Albee baby (http://www.albeebaby.com/chc1stinex.html) for $169. We both live in Canada and I will be in ND for the weekend so she had it shipped to our hotel.

Now, when I looked for the CT01 I couldn't find any in Canada. Today my new Sears (http://www.sears.ca/gp/product/B000Q81Y2E/sr=1-1/qid=1180046490/ref=sr_1_1/103-3040177-8607863?ie=UTF8&searsBrand=core&mqnodeid=16340351) catalog came out and had this Chicco CT01 in it for $399.

So are these the same strollers? It looks like the one from Sears has a different tray. The CT01 at sears costs more then the P3 does in Canada! So if they are the same strollers it is super expensive in Canada, especially with the CDN so high right now! If they are different strollers, how are they different? Any comments?

Yeah, I don't quite get why they have a different tray/bar, but they are the same, one is probably a closeout fabric (blackberry is usually cheap here... too dark purple for a girl, to purple purple for a boy? lol). It's a NICE stroller!

She picked that one because it was similar to a P3 in its features. We looked for it in Canada and found that Albee baby (in the US) was the cheapest but they didn't ship to Canada. I just don't understand how the same stroller can go for $169-189 in the US go for $399 in Canada, that is silly. Even with the exchange and duty it shouldn't come close to that!
