Thanks to you all and all the information I have gathered from all of you, I helped someone decide to turn their 3 year old back RF since she's only 30 lbs.

Then I convinced a second person to get their 5 year old a booster at least. I tried for a 5 pt but they wouldn't go past a booster, but it's something.

I just wanted to say thanks to you all because with out this board I couldn't have ever learned all that information.
