Children’s Restraint System Course Question

How much does it cost to take this course in British Columbia? How long does it last? I have a number I can call but it is the weekend I was wondering if anyone had the information

I honestly can't remember if it was 2 in class then 1/2 a day and a 1/2 day check or 3 in class and then 1/2 and 1/2. I think the former. The cost, if you have to pay, is around $500. I paid it, but I know that most people who have taken the course since in order to help their community have had it waived. I think I was one of the first people to take it out of personal interest and nobody really knew what to do with me! Unfortunately we were on parental leave at the time and not working, so $500 was almost 100% of our monthly income. I did it anyways, and it was worth every penny!

I am near Vancouver, BC. I would love to take this course just because I am one of the 'nags' about carseats already and with the training I would be able to back up what I was saying.

SJA runs the course in their building just south of Oakridge Mall. Linda Reid is the instructor, and a good point of contact.
