I had insomnia and caught NBC-17 report on carseats. They gave guidelines of infants in rear facinf carseats. Children 20-40 pounds front facing and over 40 pounds in a booster.
There are going to be plenty of parents who see 20 pounds and think it's ok to turn there infant around because they saw it on the news.:(
